The data of the Information Holders will be compiled, stored, accessed, used, shared, exchanged, transmitted, transferred, and processed exclusively in relation to existing commercial relationships and for the following purposes:
- Maintain efficient communication of information that may be useful within the contractual relationships in which our clients and suppliers are involved.
- Fulfill tax and commercial obligations such as managing and reporting magnetic media, handling payment of purchase and sales invoices, and other duties inherent to the commercial relationship.
- Inform about any modifications that may arise in the execution and development of commercial contracts.
- Evaluate the quality of the services offered by the company; generate statistics and information regarding the services provided and consumption trends; process invoice and service payments.
- Send commercial information, company advertising material, and information regarding the products or services contracted by the client and/or supplier to the address provided, through secure channels, including company information, magazines, statements, campaigns, and any other materials intended to promote the company’s services.
- Report information related to the contractual relationship to government entities that request it under the authority of a law or decree.
The data of the Information Holders will be compiled, stored, accessed, used, shared, exchanged, transmitted, transferred, and processed exclusively in relation to existing commercial relationships and for the following purposes:
The personal and commercial data obtained from the Information Holder through the executed contractual relationships will be compiled, stored, accessed, used, shared, exchanged, transmitted, transferred, and processed in databases, which will be designated exclusively for the purposes previously stated and accepted. In accordance with the provisions of Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, the personal data obtained from the INFORMATION HOLDER will be collected, stored, and processed in databases until the termination of the contractual relationship that binds the parties, and for an additional twenty (20) years thereafter. The databases have the necessary security measures to ensure the appropriate preservation of personal data.
RIGHTS OF CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS: The rights of the INFORMATION HOLDER are those established in the Constitution and the law, especially the right to know, update, rectify, and delete their information, as well as the right to revoke the consent granted for data processing. These rights may be exercised through the channels made available for customer service.
